Deleting your AeroRide account

You can delete your account and everything in it, and you do not need to ask us.

From the app

Open AeroRide and go to the Sen (You) tab.

Hesap (Account).

Hesabı sil (Delete account), and confirm.

The same screen has Veri dışa aktarma iste (Request data export) above it.

We schedule the deletion and show you the date it will run. Until then you can cancel it from the same screen. When it runs it is final and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to you: your profile, all your sessions and their GPS tracks, every jump, your emergency contacts, your gear, your goals, your posts and comments, your follows, your challenge entries, your badges, your devices and push tokens, your consents and settings, and your login credentials. It is removed from every table that references your account.

Take an export first if you want to keep any of it — the button is on the same screen. Once the deletion runs there is nothing to recover.

If you cannot get into the app

Write to destek@aerori.de from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the address first — otherwise anyone could delete anyone's account by sending an email.

What we keep, and why

Records the law requires us to keep, such as billing records where a payment was made. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else. Where a payment was never made, nothing is kept.
